Benjamin Paul Bonnet strolled into the presence of God on April 26, 2026.

He was born to Chuck and Kathy Bonnet in Greeley, Colorado on August 30, 1978. However, he spent his youth in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Ben graduated from Central High School in 1996 and Colorado Christian University in 2000.

Ben worked at several fascinating jobs. He worked several stints for Raytheon/PAE in Antartica-including working at the South Pole. When he was not "on the ice", he was a world-traveler.

Ben also worked for the Alaska Forest Service. This gave him the rare distinction of working south of the Antartic Circle and North of the Artic Circle.

Ben also loved New York City and lived in Manhattan until the time of his death. Ben was outgoing, witty, and thoughtful. He loved baseball. He was an avid Mets fan. It meant so much to him to take his friend's nephew to a Mets game.

Ben his survived by his parents, Chuck and Kathy Bonnet, and his brother, Sean Bonnet. He had many aunts and uncles: Dave Daley (Lori), Rob Daley (Tina) and Gary Daley as well as Robyn Ridout (Mike), Dave Bonnet (Jenessa) and several cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Redlands Community Center in Grand Junction, Colorado on June 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Please bring your stories and memories.
