Jeffrey Keith Martin, age 65, of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed away January 13, 2020 following a long battle with COPD.

He was born November 8, 1954 in Franklin, Nebraska to Eldon and Beverly Martin. He resided in Smith Center, Kansas until graduating high school and joining the Navy in 1973. After serving in the military, Jeff moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in the 80’s and began his career in the plumbing industry, retiring from Ferguson Enterprise.

Jeff was an avid golfer and bowler.

Jeff was a loving husband to his wife, Lydia Martin, and a dedicated father to his children, daughters, Amber (Danny) Morales of Arizona and Holly Martin, and sons, Brennen Kile, and Casey (Gail) Armendariz and adopted daughter Amber Burrows.

He was preceded in death by son, Adam Martin.

He was loved by his grandkids, Shawntel, Austin, Zayne, Maria, Emma, Ravyn, Savannah, Cash, Lou, and Logan.

Missed by his one true soulmate, his dog Meesha.

He is survived by his parents along with brothers, Rick (Tish) Martin, Mitch Martin; sister, Linda Carswell; all of Kansas; numerous nieces and nephews and good friends, Forest Reichen and John Proctor.

Services to be held January 24, 2020 at 10 a.m. at the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery.

A celebration of life following at Chipeta Golf Course.
