Barbara Walker

Barbara Walker passed away peacefully in her home at the Vineyards on Friday July 10, 2020.  Her children were by her side the final days of her life and she drew her final breath knowing she was cherished and loved.

Barbara was born on May 24, 1930 in Chicago Illinois.  She was a strong and independent woman and a dedicated and loving wife and mother.  She was an ultimate homemaker caring lovingly for her family and home.  She had a great sense of humor which helped her conquer any challenges life threw at her.

She was active in PEO and League of Women Voters and always volunteered to help at the polls on voting day.  She loved to play bridge, read, and do any type of word puzzle.

She is preceded in death by her husband in 1983.

She is survived by her son Scott Walker (Becky) and grandson Zachary; and Kim Bemis (Ted) and grandson Chris, and Cody, and great grandchildren Jack and Sage.  We will keep you forever in our hearts.
