Tyree Brown

Tyree Brown, 65, of Redlands, Colorado, unexpectedly passed away at home on May 9, 2025.

He was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in Apple Valley, California, to Johnnie and Fred Brown. Tyree grew up in Victorville, California, and graduated from Victor Valley High School before joining the United States Air Force. He served for 27 years attaining the rank of Chief Master Sergeant before his retirement. While serving in the military, Tyree earned several campaign medals, as well as a Bronze Star after deploying to Iraq.

He enjoyed bowling, fishing, and gardening but his true passion was spending time with his grandbabies. Tyree lived a vibrant life, and his unexpected passing comes as a shock to his family, friends, and loved ones.

Tyree was preceded in death by his father, Fred Brown, and his in-laws Anyes and Arthur Brumfield. He is survived by his wife, Nathalie Brumfield-Brown; daughter, Leticia Brown-Secci; son Alexander (Watinee) Brown; grandchildren, Saya, Giovanni, Angelo; his mother, Johnnie Brown; siblings, David (Dalila), Tyrone (Marina), Lisa, Vareese, Lenear (Tamara), Jeremy (Kelly), Octavia (Terry), DeJesus (Sammantha); sister-in-law, Lea Lowry and nieces and nephews that held a special place in his heart.

A memorial service will take place in Texas at a later date.
