Obituary

Trina Lynn Ulibarri, 54, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on September 4, 1971, in Grand Junction, Colorado, she was the daughter of Joseph P. Ulibarri and Martha Kay Ulibarri. Trina graduated from Central High School in 1989 and went on to work as a Pharmacy Technician. Trina had a deep love for music and proudly played the flute in the Central High School marching band. She enjoyed classic cars and worked hard to save enough money for her first car, a Chevy Nova, complete with a fresh paint job. She also loved pinball, adored cats, and treasured spending time with her family. Trina was known for her contagious laugh, her sharp and funny one-liners, and her caring personality. While she loved being with those closest to her, she also found peace in her quiet moments and enjoyed her solitude.

She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph P. Ulibarri.

She is survived by her husband, Amos Salez; her mother, Martha Kay Ulibarri; her sister, Misty Ulibarri; her brother, Joseph Ulibarri Jr. (Camille); her nephew, Timothy Ulibarri; her nephew, Noah Martinez; her niece, Angelina Martinez; her niece, Sienna Jacobson; and many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Palisade Church of the Nazarene, 3569 G Road, Palisade, Colorado.
