It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Skyler Dion Blagg-Roacho, who passed away on July 9, 2026, at the age of 29.

Skyler was born on July 22, 1996, in Glendale, Arizona, to Janna Rebecca Blagg of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Jason Ross Sudduth of Grand Junction, Colorado.

Skyler attended Red Canyon High School in Edwards, Colorado. He spent much of his working life in the restaurant industry, where he was known as a dedicated and hardworking cook.

Skyler had an adventurous spirit and a passion for life that was evident in everything he did. He loved skateboarding and snowboarding and was a naturally gifted athlete. Whether it was surfing, martial arts, football, or trying something entirely new, Skyler seemed to excel at every sport and activity he attempted.

The outdoors was where Skyler felt most at home. He enjoyed hiking, camping, and fishing, and friends and family affectionately knew him as the group's biggest "pyro." He was always the designated fire starter on camping trips, a role he embraced with enthusiasm and a smile.

Above all, Skyler will be remembered for his fun-loving, goofy personality and the joy he brought to everyone around him. His infectious smile and unmistakable laugh could light up any room, and his quick wit and jokes never failed to make others smile. Fiercely loyal and deeply protective of those he loved, Skyler was someone you could always count on. He treasured his family and friends, and anyone who knew him knew that his love and loyalty ran deep.

Skyler's memory will be forever cherished by his mother, Janna Rebecca Blagg; his father, Jason Ross Sudduth; his sister, Kassandra Sudduth; his brother, Matthew Sudduth; his grandfather, John Blagg; his grandmother, Frances Hamm of Brookings, Oregon; and his beloved nephew, Sayyer Sudduth, along with many extended family members and countless friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him.

Though his time with us was far too short, Skyler's adventurous heart, contagious laughter, unwavering loyalty, and kind spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Brown's Cremation & Funeral Service.
