Sandra Jane George

Sandi, 78 years old from Fruita, Colorado passed with her daughter by her side to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday, June 23, 2025.

Sandi was born August 28, 1946, in Grand Junction Colorado to Don and Helen George. She grew up in Ventura CA where she graduated from Ventura High School. She had two siblings: Sally Condit and John George.

Sandi married Ronnie Pierce in Ventura CA. They had 4 children, Ronnie Pierce (Victoria), Jeffrey Pierce, Kristal Seymore (Ivan), Cari Pierce.

Sandi also had six grandchildren, Camisha, Antwann, Isaac, Nick, Mary, and Joss; and two great grandchildren, Luca and Ivy. In later years, if you wanted to see Sandi smile, just ask her about her great grandchildren.

Sandi worked in government secretarial offices for several years. Her hobbies were crafting and creating things that were one of a kind. Sandi loved to read, especially the bible as well as listening to worship music. She loved a good ‘dad’ joke. She enjoyed keeping her house spotless and decorating with her most loved sunflowers. She would spend hours sitting around the table visiting and playing games with her family. Sandi was working on a book of her life story to share with others in the hopes they would come to know Jesus.

Sandi is survived by her three children, Jeffrey, Kristal, and Cari: six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother John, son Ronnie, and her parents.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd at 11:00 am at The Country Church, 214 W. Pabor Ave., Fruita CO.
