On July 3, 2023, Robert Eric Seedroff passed away peacefully in his sleep, in his Grand Junction home, after bravely battling lymphoma for six years. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Kathie, his children Heather Cousineau and Zachary Seedroff, son-in-law Brian Cousineau, grandchildren Gillian and Kellen, a sister Carol Lee (CO), a brother Richard Seedroff (FL), many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Born on February 14, 1947, in Denver, Colorado, to Richard and Lorraine Seedroff, he graduated from George Washington High School, served in the US Army in Vietnam, and graduated with a BA and teaching certificate in Industrial Arts at the University of Northern Colorado. He retired from Quest (Mountain Bell Telephone & Telegraph) in 2005 after 31 years as an HVAC engineer and building manager.
He moved to Grand Junction, Colorado, in 2016 where he continued to enjoy traveling, tinkering with cars, and spending time with family and friends. He will be remembered as a kind and loving soul, a generous friend and host, and a talented “fixer of all things”.
He will rest eternally at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado in Grand Junction with full military honors taking place Tuesday, July 18th, 2023 at 1pm.
