In Loving Memory of Noel Louise Rademacher

With heavy hearts and enduring love, we share the passing of Noel Louise Rademacher, who left this world on May 18, 2025, at the age of 49.

Born in Spokane, Washington, Noel graduated from Lewis and Clark High School. Though her formal education ended there, her life was a testament to the power of intellect, resilience, and unwavering determination. Time and again, she rose above expectations—earning roles and recognition that far exceeded what any resume could contain. Noel was a gifted communicator, a thoughtful and perceptive soul, and a woman whose work ethic and insight earned her deep respect across every field she entered.

Early in her career, Noel found success in hospitality and retail, where her wit, warmth, and natural ability to connect with others set her apart. Later, following a courageous battle with cancer, she found her true calling as a victim’s advocate. In that role, she gave voice to the voiceless, offering compassion, strength, and unshakeable support to those navigating life’s most painful moments.

Noel will be remembered for her brilliant mind, quick humor, and the boundless joy she brought into every room. Her laughter was infectious, her empathy profound. She had a unique gift for making others feel seen, heard, and deeply valued.

She could also be fiercely direct—never one to mince words or shy away from speaking her mind. Her sharp criticisms could be bracing, but they came from a deep place of care and conviction. Those who knew her best understood that her critical perspective was often a form of trust in the relationship, and her tough love was just that—love, expressed with intensity and passion.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Thomas Rademacher; her beloved daughters, Charlotte and Katherine; her mother, Kathleen Kettler; her brother, Michael Homer Jr.; her cherished niece, Lulu; and an extended family and circle of friends whose lives are better for having known her. Though her time with us was far too brief, her legacy of love, courage, and compassion will live on.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 7th, 2025.
