Michial Lynn Cordary

Michial Lynn Cordary, age 69, passed on March 15, 2023, in his Grand Junction, Colorado home.

Born August 4, 1953 in Riverside, CA, he was the first child of the late Roger Cordary, Sr. and Virginia Ella Schoser.

Michial attended Grand Junction High School and due to his passion in the kitchen, he went on to become a chef. After leaving the industry, he went on to dip his hands in other fields, spending the last year of his life working in retail.

Michial was a devout Christian and an active member of the Bookcliff Baptist Church. He also enjoyed various hobbies such as fishing, camping, movies and dining at buffets. He was a loyal fan of the Denver Broncos and a loving, dedicated husband to his wife, Cheryl.

He was a very quiet but friendly man. Hardworking, always willing to give a helping hand and an animal lover, especially when it came to his dog, Fabian.

Michial was proceeded in death by his parents, Roger Lynn Cordary Sr. and Virginia Ella Schoser.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl. Children, Roger Cordary Jr., April Marie Cordary, Joseph Abraham Cordary, Angel Marie Cordary and Melody Lawhead. Siblings, Roger Lynn (Gigi) Cordary Jr., Sylvia Crosby Reynolds, Sam (Qin Qin) Schoser, Roger (Tabatha) Cordary Jr. and Richard Cordary, as well as multiple nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on May 13, 2023 at Bookcliff Baptist Church, 2702 Patterson Road, Grand Junction CO 81506.

Services have been entrusted to Browns Cremation and Funeral Services.
