Margaret Martinez

Margaret H. Martinez, age 86, of Grand Junction, CO passed away September 10, 2016 at the  Hospice Care Center in Grand Junction, CO

Born February 10, 1930 in Durango, CO, she was the daughter of Jose A. and Bernice Domingues Velarde.

Margaret was a homemaker and was an excellent cook.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Antonio Martinez, a son, LeRoy Martinez and a brother, Joseph A. Velarde.

She is survived by two brothers, Joe Velarde of Grand Junction, Benny Velarde of Freemont, CA, a niece, Phyllis Velarde, of Clifton, a nephew Joseph Velarde of Grand Junction, and many other nieces, nephews and grandnices and grandnephews.
