John Mckelvey

John E. McKelvey, 78, of Grand Junction, Co sadly passed away February 9, 2023 from a short battle with cancer. He is survived by his long-time fiancé Annegret Rudy, son Andrew McKelvey, step-children Claudia Donato, Marc Rudy and Bruce Rudy, grandchildren Shannon Ludeman (Joe), Tyler Rudy (Kristy), Christopher Rudy, Ian Dowdy, Samantha Dowdy and Daniel Barnes.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Pamela McKelvey, stepson David Rudy and grandson Dylan Barnes.

John loved to go camping on the Mesa and with his family and good friends to Vega Reservoir. While outdoors he loved fishing and four wheeling with his grandkids. He was a very hardworking honest man and will be missed very much by his family.
