After his military service, James embarked on a successful career in Computer Operating, working in various states including California, Colorado, and Laramie, Wyoming. Eventually, he found fulfillment as a Bus Driver for Grand Valley Transit in Grand Junction, Colorado. For 30 years, James called the Fruita, Colorado area his home, relishing in the beauty of the desert and forests that surrounded him. He had a passion for model trains since his youth, spending countless hours maintaining a track and town in his home. James was also a devoted dog lover, often spoiling his furry companions and taking them on hikes in McInnis Canyon. Known for his humor and kindhearted nature, James will be deeply missed by his wife Janice, son Jon, daughter Sharon, and granddaughter Tamra. He leaves behind his brother Edward, and sister Sherron Price, as well as a legacy of love and laughter that will be cherished by all who knew him.
