Harold Lee Bosch

May 24, 1941 – April 11, 2026

Husband, Dad, Grandpa (Papa) and Great Grandpa Harold Lee Bosch went to heaven on April 11, 2026, at 84 years old. He was born on May 24, 1941, in Palisade, Colorado to Albert and Daphna Bosch. He was married to the love of his life, Carolyn, at age 18. They raised two children, Rhonda (Hoyt) and Larry Bosch. Harold owned Colorado West Fire Extinguishers until retirement, and he could fix pert near anything. He enjoyed his grandchildren, hunting, fishing, horses, bird dogs and church. He was involved in Royal Rangers (a commander for 20 years) and was a master Pinewood Derby builder. Many boys came to know Jesus through building Pinewood Derby cars, racing them, learning how to build snow caves and tie rope knots!

Harold was proceeded in death by his wife, Carolyn (fifty days before him), sisters Beverly and Margareet, brothers, Orin, Oral, Clete and Red, and grandson Matthew Bosch. He is survived by his sister, Darlene (Paynter), daughter Rhonda (Hoyt), and son Larry Bosch, 7 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on May 21st at 10:00am at Faith Heights Church, 2485 Faith Lane, Grand Junction, Colorado 81505. A graveside service will be immediately following at Palisade Cemetery, 3529 Front Street, Palisade, Colorado 81526.
