David Kubasta

David Ian Kubasta, age 43, died November 2, 2022 following an illness. Born September 21, 1979, in Longmont, Colorado, he was the first-born son of Rudy and Kaye Kubasta, Grand Junction, Colorado.

David spent his happy childhood in Loveland, Colorado and graduated from Loveland High School. He has remained in touch with many of his friends from those memorable years.

He spent his career in the construction trade throughout Colorado, in many capacities, from trainee to foreman to estimator to project manager to superintendent. He took great pride in his work and his work ethic.

He had a passion for any type of fishing, outdoor activities and cooking and always loved spending time with his family, friends, and co-workers.

David was a proud American, and a good hearted man--a good son, a good brother, a good father, a good friend, who loved his family above all else.

David was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Orlin and Frank, his great grandmother, Nellie Mae and his uncle Mark S.

He is survived by his parents Rudy and Kaye, his grandmothers Brigitte and Phyllis, his brothers Ehren and Bradley, his daughters Kilah and Hayden, his nephew Kayden, his aunts and uncles Tom and Eve, Sue and Mark H., Sheila and April, his first cousins Jon, Jeff, Ryan, Geoffrey and Elise.

Per David's wishes, cremation has been conducted and no services will be held.
