Dave Martinez, 75, Grand Junction native passed on December 5, 2021 in Phoenix, AZ with his family by his side. Wife of 55 years Bernice, Daughter Dava & Grand daughter Ondra.
He is survived by Sister Betty Ruble & Lloyd, Brother Rudy Herrera & Linda, Robert Herrera (deceased)& Dolores, Sister Esther Espinosa & David, Sister Nancy Green & Steve.
A Celebration of life will be held on June 17th at 1:00 pm
