Dana Polk Jens

Dana Polk Jens, born June 12th,1961, became an extraordinary example of perseverance, dedication, and generosity. In life, Dana faced many trials and tribulations, but never once was she without faith. Her confidence and commitment to God, came with the strength to overcome any challenge that she had encountered. As an addiction counselor, she spent years dedicating her psychological expertise to helping others overcome their own struggles. After nearly 40 years of being bound to a wheelchair at the age of 64, Dana's body could no longer fight the unending pains. Dana is survived by her three children and five grandchildren who carry on her legacy.
