Cynthia Henson

Cynthia (Cyndi) Henson (Halk), 69, born in Pontiac, Michigan, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026. She is survived by her children, Michael (Amy) Henson, Amy (Raymon) Dixon, and Shelby (Justin) Perry; her six grandchildren, Samantha Henson, Jordan Gauthier, Andrea Henson, Hailey Gauthier, Kylee Henson, and Raya Perry; her sisters Marcia Parker and Rebecca (Becky) Smith; her brother, David Halk; her prior husband of 36 years, Dennis Henson; and several nieces and nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents George Halk and Clarabelle Halk; and her brothers, Thomas (Tommy) Halk and Jonathan (Jon) Halk. She loved her family and the Lord more than anything. She touched the lives of everyone with her kindness and generosity, and was loved so much more than she ever realized. Among her siblings, she was known as the sister who would do the unexpected. She will be deeply missed and remembered by her loved ones and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
