Cynthia Ellis

Cynthia Sue Ellis, age 64, passed away peacefully at her home in Palisade, CO on Thursday, June 12, 2014, after a valiant battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family and friends. Cindy was born February 5, 1950 in Seattle, WA, daughter of the late Edward Gordon and Geneal Mary Washburn Moore. She had been employed as an office manager for an automobile dealership and had attended Clifton christian Church. Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Moore. She is survived by four sons, Robert (Traci) Genschorck, of Palisade, CO, Jon (Heidi) Ellis, Rick (Amanda) Ellis, both of Aloha, OR and Aron Ellis, of Portland, OR, three sisters, Janice Mackey, of Kelso, WA, Diane Campbell, of Juniper, ID, and Patti (Brian) Alleger, of Bellevue, WA and a brother, David (Peggy) Moore, of Kelso, WA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Marcus, Carl, Lauren, Meghan, Jonny, Dacia, and Eddie.

Also left behind but not forgotten, are her steadfast K9 companions, Abbie, Goldie & Mac.
