Corbin Elliott Smith, 41, of Grand Junction, Colorado passed away on May 4, 2025. He was born on July 22, 1983 in Anchorage, Alaska to Allan and Leslie Smith. A private Memorial Service will be held for family and close friends.
Corbin married Alisha Street on August 28, 2010 and they were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Phalen, 2 years later.
Corbin worked in the Construction Industry and enjoyed learning new trades. He easily made friends with the people he worked with.
Corbin had a DVD collection of over 500 DVD’s and he never grew tired of watching them over and over. But, Corbin’s favorite pastime was watching the NFL. He was an extremely loyal Rams fan and it was a great day when Colorado would air one of their games.
Corbin is survived by his wife, Alisha Smith (Street), daughter, Phalen, father Allan Smith (Donna), sister Shannon Johnson (Erik), stepbrother William Smith, mother-in-law Caleen Street, sister-in-law Krisi Gustad (Keith), nephew Kayman, nieces Kinna and Evelyn, and his many aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his mother, Leslie Smith and father-in-law, Ted Street.
Phalen shared many of her dad’s passions and they enjoyed rough housing, STAR WARS, playing board games, and video games together.
Corbin will be remembered for taking charge in the kitchen, putting peanut butter on his hamburgers, his loud laughter, and witty behavior. He will be greatly missed.
