Carolyn Gaye Barrett, 70, of Fruita passes away Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at home in Fruita.

She was born October 14,1953 in Missouri, daughter if Richard E Lee Barrett and Kathleen Nadine (Davis) Barrett who preceded her in death. She worked for many years in nursing as a CNA / Medical Assistant. She was a graduate of Capitol City Junior College.

She loved books and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her son Michael Lee Barrett one brother Roger Barrett on Sister Angela Gayle Ferguson both of Little Rock, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by two brothers Richard Lee Barrett II and John Willis Barnet and one sister Sandra Kay Barrett.
