Candace Ford

Candace “Candy” Ford was born November 20th, 1947 in Grand Island Nebraska.  At the age of 18 Candy moved to Denver, Co where she worked for a telephone company for 35 years.

Candace is survived by her three Children; Cassandra Ford, Allisa Ford, Shaun (Sam) Ford and her Grandchildren Brayden Ford, Charolette Lewis and Caroline Lewis .

Candy’s Grandchildren meant the absolute world to her and she had and special bond with Brayden, as she had been there with him since he was born.

Candy Moved to the Western Slope in 2015 and had a great love for all animals, especially horses.

Anyone that ever-met Candy would become joyful, due to her contagious smile and laugh.  She was indeed one of the kindest and sweetest ladies most people had ever met. Candy had a heart of gold and would give anyone she knew the shirt off her back. Candy is dearly missed by her family and will be forever cherished.
