Arturo Lozano

Raul Arturo Lozano age 74 died February 21, 2023, following a sudden illness. He was born on February 16, 1949, in Bogota Colombia. He was the son of the late Dario and Lisa Lozano.

Raul attended Emily Griffith Community College in Denver, CO where he studied art and fashion. He then took a job at Nordstrom’s where he worked as a master tailor for twenty years in both California and Denver. After working at Nordstrom’s, he opened his own business, Tailoring by Arturo Alterations in Grand Junction, CO. He made uniforms for many organizations including the Palisade Marching Band and Grand Junction Police Department.

Raul is proceeded in death by his parents, Lisa and Dario Lozano. He is survived by his son Leonardo Fabio Lozano and niece Marisol.

Raul was friendly, outgoing, and lovable. He will be very missed by friends and family.

Memorial services will be held at Faith Heights Church on Saturday March 18, 2023, at 1:30 pm.
