ArrahWanna Jewel Taylor, age 96, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026, of natural causes.

She was born on November 14, 1929, in Hillsboro, ND, to Charles and Olga Griffith. When she was two years old, her family moved to Grand Junction, where she spent the rest of her life building deep roots and lifelong friendships.

On April 15, 1947, she married Forest Glendale Taylor of Paonia. Together they raised two daughters, Connie and Karen, creating a home centered on love, faith, and family.

ArrahWanna was a devoted member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses throughout her life. She dedicated many hours to the worldwide preaching work and found great joy in serving Jehovah. Her faith was the foundation of her life.

She loved boating, waterskiing, swimming, and especially gathering with her large family. Outgoing and warm, she had a gift for making others feel welcome. As the matriarch of her family, she was the steady presence who kept everyone connected. She was always ready to listen, to encourage, and to help anyone in need.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Connie Lee Buhler; her grandson, Ian Joel Buhler; her husband, Forest Glendale Taylor; and 14 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her brother, Dean Griffith; her sister, Deanna Edwards; her daughter, Karen Jo Anderson (Rob Anderson); her 2 granddaughters, Aaren Jean Johnson (Josh Johnson) and Jasmine Desiree O’Connor Lee (Jeff Lee); her 3 great-grandchildren, Alexandra Erin Herrera, Hannah Lee Jewel Topai (Jeremiah Bernat), and Asa Ray Philip Topai; and 1 great-great-grandchild, Roslyn Leona Bosshard.

Her legacy of faith, love, and devotion to family will continue to live on in all who knew her.
