Adam was born in Delta, CO at Delta County Memorial Hospital on January 6th, 1986. Adam left us unexpectedly in the early morning hour of February 15th, 2026. He was 40 years old. Adam's early years were in Crawford, CO. In 1990 his family moved to Paonia, CO where Adam attended school from kindergarten to graduation from Paonia High School, class of 2004. Many close and lasting friendships were formed in this small town, and they continue to this day
Adam enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, four wheeling, rafting, hiking with his dog "Bo", softball, mud volleyball, antler hunts with his dad, and his current and latest love, country dancing.
Sports were a huge part in Adam's life. He played team sports as a youngster and throughout junior high and high school. While enrolled at (then) Mesa State College in Grand Junction, CO, Adam walked into the gym of Impact Boxing and met Alex Trottier. This incredible man gave Adam a new vision and goals that affected his life in so many positive ways! Coach, mentor, friend, Alex trained and encouraged Adam to believe in himself. Their dream and hard work paid off. April 1st, 2005 in Denver, CO. Adam fought and won his 150 pound boxing match and became a "Golden Gloves" champion, with Alex in his corner.
Adam's work history started with summer jobs during high school. He worked for Oxbow Mining CO in Somerset, CO and the Paonia Mosquito Control District. He started at Barnes Electric as an apprentice electrician. Through Further education, while employed at Ute Water, Adam earned several water treatment certificates and his Journeyman Electrical Card. He was very proud of these achievements. In March of 2024, Adam's final great adventure began. He became the craftsman and owner of "Wrench- Marked Lighting and Lamps, LLC" Designing, building, and marketing his original and unique lamps, chandeliers, lighting for vanities and home bars. He also did custom work that he was very proud of. This was a dream he threw his heart and soul into and achieved great success.
