Kloe Nelson

Funeral Director Apprentice

Kloe Nelson has been an essential part of our team as a Funeral Director for a year and a half, bringing over five years of experience in funeral services. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and associate degrees in criminal justice and gender studies, Kloe offers a rich, interdisciplinary approach to her work.

In her role, Kloe meets with families to thoughtfully arrange services that honor their loved ones. She is driven by the opportunity to contribute in a personal and meaningful way, cherishing the chance to meet wonderful people and hear their remarkable stories. Kloe believes in the power of real empathy, which she defines as acknowledging that sometimes "it is not okay."

Outside of work, Kloe enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, engaging in embroidery, singing, and practicing self-care. One of her greatest honors is when families tell her, "this is exactly how he/she would have wanted this," affirming that she has met their loved one's expectations in the most heartfelt way.
